Yest was my 1st day at the Tampines Branch. i think it's was quite fun and we did not have to put in much effort maybe becos it was Sat. But our seniors told us that there would be much more customers during the weekdays cos most of the people thought CPF board only operate half a day. Now....let me brief u all what are we supposed to do there.

There are 3 main jobs. The 1st one is to check whether the members of public have top up their $50 for the allotment of the ERS. If they do not top up by 31st dec they would not get the shares. Therefore if they have not top up they have to fill a form and either pay by cash or NETS.

The 2nd one is to sieve out the people. We are supposed to direct the people to the right counter according to their enquires. At the foot step of the entrance would be our place. The 3rd one is to help them with the computers there. With singpass they are able to print out their account statement and see their 15 month contribution history and they are also able to print it there.Basically this is what we have to do.

haha have alreadi calculated how much i've earn it's around $155 not bad ah ?? becos i've onli start working on wed so i work for the full week i'll earn more. Today going out with gerie to get her stuffs and my stuffs. FINALLY a day to rest and enjoy. Get back to work on Mon !!! =)
