ever since my senior is on maternity leave, my worklist is getting longer no matter how i try to clear them. everytime i'm intent to complete this task, i get interuppted and it takes ages to complete the initial task.
i'm starting to get bombarded with problems that doesn't appear when my senior was around. it's managable but still too much. this might be the fastest way where i can learn the ropes because it's either i drown or i swim. i want to sleep! lol

i'm so happy today....
can't help grinning when i think of that.
but history may repeats itself again.
and the thought of it makes me feel doubtful again.
but well it's alright! at least there are happy moments (:

we were sooo close.....just 3 balls. we lose to them again! the thought of the small disparity is so frustrating but then winning is not the team's goal for this league.
my passes were terrible though fitness was there. i think i kinda lost touch with the flow of the game when i stop training for 4 months for my internship in states. slowly picking it up again. hope i'll be even better.
we'll do better for the next game! (:

the morning rush is really
sooo horrible! when
i'm not even fully awake and still semi
conscious, i can't even get a break on
i'm on the train. giddiness sets in when there are people all around me. people trying to squeeze into the train carriage when it is
obviously full, making the distance between everyone
sooo close. the smell of bad breath, people occupying space reading papers when standing is making the experience even worse.
i know everyone is rushing to work and this cannot be helped. we can only blame the type of culture Singapore has - hectic and busy. how i wish
i'm living in a countryside with flowers all around my house. there is nothing on my to-do list that requires urgent attention and i can control time not the opposite. oh i must be dreaming....

retro fever was the theme of today's dinner and dance. all of us were supposed to dress like the people in 1980s. i like theme parties becos i can see all sorts of interesting costumes.
polka dots, trumpet-like, high wasited and tight pants, goofy
black plastic rimmed glasses are of the features of a retro image. i wore a colourful, full of hearts motifs dress with a gold watch. it wasn't really retro but i guess it was passable.
the grand opening was soooo cool. the CEO entered the ballroom on a
green vespa!
main highlights of the show was the kumar show which was super hilarious but also "dirty" so if you are 18 yrs and below, out u go! sorrieee :(
there was also a best dressed contest and the title goes to an uncle wearing trumpet-like pants with a gaudy flowery tops. he reminds me of the ministers back in 1980s haha! pretty amusing sight for me.
though exciting and filled with programs, i still feel bit bored becos i don't really know the ppl there yet. looking forward to know all of them. it was still an eye opener for me (:
